1. Our role
ELUMORA acts as a travel agency intermediary, operating under Global Travel. We are not the company that directly provides transport, accommodation or activities: those services are provided by the end suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers, rental companies and local operators), each with their own terms.
2. Bookings
All bookings are processed through the authorized Global Travel platform. A quote does not constitute a booking: prices and availability are only guaranteed once the booking is confirmed and paid according to the supplier terms.
3. Prices
Prices may change up until confirmation due to fare changes, availability or exchange rates. We will always state what each quote includes and what falls outside it.
4. Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms are set by each supplier and vary by the fare booked. They will be communicated before confirming any booking. We recommend considering travel insurance.
5. Travel documentation
It is the traveler responsibility to hold valid documentation for their itinerary (passport, visas, health requirements). We offer guidance, but final verification rests with the competent consular authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
As intermediaries, we are not liable for breaches, delays or cancellations attributable to end suppliers or to force majeure. We do commit to supporting you in dealing with the relevant supplier.
7. Customer reviews
We publish only authentic reviews submitted by real customers who expressly authorize their publication. We do not create, edit or commission testimonials. We reserve the right not to publish offensive content or content unrelated to the service experience.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are cited solely to describe the services we facilitate.
